Today our founding Attorney Jonathan James successfully argued a petition to rescind statutory summary suspension which allowed our client to successfully regain driving privileges, despite refusing chemical testing. The court found that the arresting officer in the case did not perform standardized field sobriety testing pursuant to the guidelines promulgated within the NHTSA manual for DWI Detection. As a result, the court found the officer did not have probable cause to arrest our client for DUI.
